Vogatek: Who's made a mod?
Would be kinda cool to hear what's been done. Mod/fix etc..

Nothing apart from connecting the sound from the speaker connector to output via SCART.

I have an updated PIC on mine (megadrive ports version) that stops the random button presses if a controller isn't fitted, it also allows me to coin up with the control pad with a small wiring mod

With how basic a Vogatek is, as soon as you come into modding territory you might as well make your own. There isn't much to soldering an edge connector to a piece of perfboard, slapping on some resistors for the RGB lines and adding connectors for 5v/12v and stick/button controls...
