Tried it once years ago and never received a reply. Better of going to a PCB retailer directly. Anyway, I signed up immediately for a bidding agency when i started checking some of the stuff on YHJ. Scored some excellent stuff there. Just don't go crazy especially when using a bidding agency with all the additional fees.
