Progear no Arashi (Japan 010117) (decrypted bootleg)
What is the difference with the Phoenix Edition bootleg set?

It's had the Phoenix Mini Menu hacked out of it. It also fails the ROM check in the test menu since the checksums haven't been fixed.

It also has the PHOENIX EDITION text missing from the boot screen.
